Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your shipping address, where delivery is selected
• The photo you upload and any wording or notes you supply
• Your order history and its status

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded along with a reference number.

Your information is used to produce your order, arrange delivery, send you order updates and reminders about an incomplete cart, and respond to your enquiries. If you have submitted a bulk quote request, we use your details to prepare and send that quote.

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us operate: Stripe for payment processing, our email provider for order notifications, our hosting provider for storing this site and its data, and couriers for delivery. We never sell your personal information.

Photos you upload are stored so we can produce your order and reproduce it if there is a fault. We may showcase finished work on our website or Instagram — if you would prefer we did not feature your order, email us at Hello@pryntr.com and we will honour that.

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes, generally seven years. Uploaded photos are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a reprint is needed.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email Hello@pryntr.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This site stores your cart in your browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
