Terms of Service

Stitched Rides produces custom-printed and embroidered apparel from photos supplied by customers. We operate from 3/5 Snapper Road, Huskisson NSW 2540, Australia. You can reach us at Hello@pryntr.com or 0481 777 327.

When you place an order you confirm that the details you have supplied — including size, colour, decoration method, wording and uploaded photo — are correct. Because every item is made to order, we begin production shortly after payment and cannot change an order once production has started.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of producing your order. We may convert your photo into line art or a stitch file so it can be printed or embroidered.

We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted logos, trademarks or another person's imagery without permission, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order that would require us to do so.

Orders are typically received within 7–14 days of purchase, covering both production and delivery within Australia. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as we rely on third-party garment suppliers and couriers. Local pickup is available from Huskisson by arrangement.

Garments are sourced from suppliers such as AS Colour and colours may vary slightly between batches or from how they appear on your screen. Printed and embroidered artwork is reproduced by hand and small variations in placement, scale and detail are a normal part of custom production.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the item or refunding the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
