Returns & Refunds

Last updated 4 August 2026

Custom-Made Items

Every item we make is produced specifically for you from the photo, size, colour and decoration options you selected. For that reason we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun.

Please double-check your size, colour and wording before you pay — sizing guidance is shown on each product page and we are always happy to advise before you order.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will fix it. This includes printing or embroidery faults, incorrect size or colour supplied by us, and garment defects.

Contact us at Hello@pryntr.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What Isn't Covered

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • A low-resolution or unclear photo affecting the final artwork detail
  • Normal variation in garment colour between supplier batches
  • Small differences in artwork placement or scale inherent to custom production
  • Damage from incorrect washing — wash cold, inside out, and avoid tumble drying

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production or ordered your garment, we will refund you in full. Once artwork preparation or production has begun, a refund may not be possible.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
